- Assistant Teaching Professor
My work at Iowa State focuses on undergraduate teaching in Biology and Environmental Science. I also serve as the Experiential Learning Coordinator for Biology, Genetics and Environmental Science students. In this role, I help connect students with research opportunities, internships and assist with student professional development. My research focus has historically been invertebrate conservation biology, with a focus on threatened and endangered butterflies.
